Attention of all the DTAOS in the State is invited to the subject and references cited. As requested by the Director, GVWV &VSWS vide reference 3rd cited(copy enclosed), they are instructed to not to pay Newspaper Allowance @ Rs. 200/- per month to the Village/Ward Secretariat functionaries and Volunteers with immediate effect.
