GSWS Ward/ Village Secretaries Tuition Fee Reimbursement Implementation Orders
SubGVWV & VSWS Department Enhancement of reimbursement limit of Tuition fees -from Rs 1000/- to Rs 2500/--per annum per child applicable to Village/ ward Secretariat Functionaries- Reg.
1. Representation received from the Grama / Ward Sachivalayam Employeces Federation -AP, dated 25-10-2022.

3. G.O.MS No160 dated 30-9-2022 School Education(General) Department.
The Grama Ward Sachivalaya Employees Federation has represented vide ref 1st cited that there is a discrimination in implementation of G.O.Ms.NO 160 dated 30.09.2022 issued by the School Education Department, i.e enhancement of Tuition fees reimbursement limit from Rs 1000/- to 2500/- per annum per child to the employees of Village / ward Secretariats and hence requested to implement the G.O on par with regular Government employees You are aware, that probation has been declared to the Village/Ward Sachivalayam Functionaries who have completed two years of service and their salaries in timescale are drawn with effect from 01.07.2022 Vide reference 2nd cited.
The School Education Department has issued G.O.Ms.NO. 160 dated 30.09.2022 enhancing the reimbursement of Tuition fees limit from Rs 1000/- to Rs 2500/- per annum, per child, subject to a maximum of two children, in respect of Non Gazetted Officers and Last Grade employees studying all classes from LKG to Intermediate subject to other usual conditions regarding submission of receipts, certificates, etc as per the existing rules and regulations.
Hence all the Collectors and RDMAs are requested to issue instructions to all the Drawing and Disbursing Officers and ensure implementation of the orders vide ref 3rd cited in favour of all the eligible employees of Village / Ward Secretariats.
