వైయస్ఆర్ నేతన్న నేస్తం పథకం యొక్క లక్ష్యం
చేనేత నేత కార్మికులకు వారి చేనేత పనులను మెరుగుపరిచేందుకు ఆర్థిక సహాయం అందించడం ఈ పథకం లక్ష్యం.
వైయస్ఆర్ నేతన్న నేస్తం పథకం ప్రయోజనాలు
ఈ పథకం కింద, ప్రతి సంవత్సరం సొంత మగ్గాలు ఉన్న నేత కార్మికుల బ్యాంకు ఖాతాలకు రూ. 24,000 నేరుగా జమ చేయబడుతుంది. ఐదేళ్లలో ప్రతి లబ్ధిదారుడు రూ .1.2 లక్షల మొత్తం సహాయాన్ని అందుకుంటారు.
వైయస్ఆర్ నేతన్న నేస్తం పథకం అర్హత
ఈ పథకం కింద, దరఖాస్తుదారు ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌కు చెందిన వ్యక్తిగా ఉండాలి.
దరఖాస్తుదారుడు వైఎస్ఆర్ నేథన్న నేస్తం పథకానికి దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలనుకుంటే, అతను / ఆమె తప్పనిసరిగా వృత్తిపరంగా చేనేత నేతగా ఉండాలి.
ఈ పథకం ప్రకారం, దరఖాస్తుదారు చేనేత సంఘంలో నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి.
ఈ పథకం కింద దరఖాస్తు చేసుకునే వ్యక్తి తప్పనిసరిగా దారిద్య్ర రేఖ దిగువన ఉండాలి.
మగ్గాలు ఎన్ని ఉన్నా ఒక కుటుంబం లో ఒకరికే ప్రయోజనం

సచివాలయాలు సిద్ధం చేసిన జాబితా వెరిఫై చేసి లబ్ధిదారులను గుర్తిస్తారు. వాలంటీర్లు మరియు సిబ్బంది బయోమెట్రిక్ తీసుకుని ఎంట్రీ చేస్తారు. ఆ విధంగా ఎంట్రీ చేసిన జాబితా MPDO లేదా MC లు వెరిఫై చేసి చేనేత శాఖ ద్వారా తుది జాబితా ప్రకటిస్తారు..

గ్రామ సచివాలయాలు: సిద్ధం చేసిన నేతన నేస్తం లబ్ధిదారుల జాబితాలు ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో మరియు ఆఫ్‌లైన్‌లో అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి. సచివాలయాలలో పాటు అధికారిక వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో జాబితాలు ప్రదర్శించబడుతున్నాయి.
- Under the scheme, Rs 24,000 will be credited directly into the bank accounts of the weavers having own looms every year. Every beneficiary will receive a total aid of Rs 1.2 lakh in the next five years.
- Under this scheme, the applicant is required to be a native of Andhra Pradesh.
- If the applicant wants to apply to the YSR Nethanna Nestham Scheme, he / she must be a handloom weaver by profession.
- According to this scheme, the applicant is required to be affiliated and registered with the Handloom Association.
- The person who applies under this scheme must be below the poverty line category.
- One benefit for one weaver family irrespective of number of looms owned by them.
- This is a state implemented scheme. Documents needed are:
- Address proof
- Identity proof like Aadhaar card or voter ID card
- Registration certificate issued by State Handloom Association
- Below the poverty line (BPL) certificate
- Bank account details

Govt Order Details of YSR Nethanna Nestham
The Director of Handlooms & Textiles, vide letter 3rd read above, has furnished detailed guidelines and procedure to be followed for disbursing “Y.S.R. Nethanna Nestham” scheme for providing Rs.24,000/- per annum to every weaver family who owns a Handloom to modernize their equipment and to compete with the power looms sector.
Government after careful examination of the matter hereby agree to the proposal to assist the weavers families under scheme of “Y.S.R. Nethanna Nestham” by providing Rs.24,000/- per annum to every weaver family who owns a Handloom to modernize their equipment and to compete with the power looms sector, subject to following conditions;
(a) The assistance of Rs 24,000/- shall be paid to the weaver family who owns a Handloom.
(b) One weaver family shall be eligible for only one benefit, irrespective of the number of looms owned by them.
(c) The weaver family shall belong to the Below the Poverty Line category.
(d) The scheme shall be implemented from the month of December,2019.
(e) The expenditure for the scheme shall be met from within the provision made for the scheme in the B.E.2019-20.
4. The expenditure shall be met from the following head of account;

103 - Handloom Industries
GSH-11 - State Development Scheme SH-11 - YSR Assistance to Weavers DH310 - Grants-in-aid SDH312 - Other Grants-in-Aid.
5. The detailed guidelines for implementation of the “Y.S.R. Nethanna Nestham” scheme for providing Rs.24,000/- per annum to every weaver family who owns a Handloom to modernize their equipment and to compete with the power looms sector are annexed to this order.
6. The Director of Handlooms & Textiles, shall take necessary action accordingly.
7. This order issued with the concurrence of the Finance (FMU-REV-INDS) Department, vide their U.O.Note No.FIN01-FMU0ASD(IC)/50/2019-FMU-IC, Computer No.955236, dt:03.10.2019.
