It has been represented by GSWS Employees that G.O.Ms.NO 160 dated 30.09.2022 issued by the School Education Department, i.e enhancement of Tuition fees reimbursement limit from Rs 1000/- to 2500/- per annum per child may be implemented in respect of employees of the Village / ward Secretariats without any discrimination on par with other regular Government employees.
You are aware that the School Education Department has issued G.O.Ms.NO.160 dated 30.09.2022 enhancing the reimbursement of Tuition fees limit from Rs 1000/- to Rs 2500/- per annum per child, subject to a maximum of two children, in respect of Non Gazetted Officers and Last Grade employees studying all classes from LKG to Intermediate subject to other usual conditions regarding submission of receipts, certificates, etc as per the existing rules and regulations.
You are also aware that probation has been declared to the Village/Ward Secretariat Functionaries who have completed two years of service and their salaries in timescale are drawn with effect from 01.07.2022 Vide reference 2ndcited and all the rules apply to VSWS employees equally on par with other regular Government employees.
Hence you are requested to issue instructions to all the District Treasury Officers, Sub-Treasury Officers and Drawing and Disbursing Officers to implement the orders specified in the above reference 3rd cited to the employees of Village / Ward Secretariats.
