Probation Declaration Status as on 12.05.2022
- Government sanctioned 1,35,819 posts and recruited 1,21,446 at present 1,17,954 Functionaries are working in 15,004 Village/Ward Secretariats Proposals for Declaration of Probation have been sent in respect of 56,756 Functionaries to their respective HoDs & Parent Departments as on 11.05.2022 by the Collectors of erstwhile Districts.
- Fresh round of Departmental Tests were conducted by APPSC from 4h - 9th March 2022 and declared results on 01.04.2022 APPSC has released the results of Departmental Tests for ANMs on 05.05.2022
- District Collectors are requested to submit proposals for declaration of their probation as per their eligibility to the respective HoDs of Line Departments under intimation to this office on or before 16-05-2022.
- The status of all Functionaries for Declaration of Probation may be reported on or before 14.05.2022 in the formats circulated on 19.04.2022.
- A number of Functionaries represented that their proposals for declaration of probation are held up as their antecedents are shown as ADVERSE even though the cases against them are closed/acquitted. The DGP has been addressed in this regard. District Collectors are requested to coordinate for the above issue with respective District SP/CPs.
