I invite your Kind attention to the reference cited' During review meeting with District Collectors, the Chief Secretary A'P issued instructions to the District Collectors in the State to complete the antecedents and Probation declaration process of the village / Ward functionaries before
30.11.2021.
In this connection, the status of the Antecedents verifie4 prescribed period of 2 years completed and department tests qualified are furnished by the line departments are as detailed below.
In his connection, while observing the above data, almost all the departments are not reached to the Government assessments in completion of declaration of probations to the functionaries.
I request the Heads of the Line Departments of the village /ward secretariats' Visakhapatnam District to review the status of the functionaries those
who have completed 2 years of service, those qualified prescribed Department tests and those antecedents have been completed immediately and expedite to complete the declaration of probation process before 30.11.2021.
